The County of Patrick is accepting proposals from qualified independent certified public accountants to assist the County of Patrick in preparing the necessary schedules to convert the County's cash basis trial balance to an accrual basis in preparation for the County's external annual financial statement audit for the years ending June 30, 2014, with a renewable option, at the Board's discretion, for years ending June 30, 2015 and June 30, 2016. Interested firms should note that due to the scope of the work involved, the awarded firm will be required to spend significant hours at the Patrick County Government Offices to gather information from county staff.
