A deposit of 10% or the successful bid price, cash or certified check, will be required at the time and place of sale with settlement and payment of the remaining purchase price within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale at the office of the Substitute Trustee. Support to Eliminate Poverty, Inc. (STEP) is seeking professional subcontracting services to perform Home Weatherization Services in the counties of Franklin and Patrick.
To be a qualified subcontractor, you must have the following qualifications:
A company license from VA DPOR as a Class A or B Contractor
Statement of Good Standing from VA Department of Taxation
The Weatherization Crew Leader must have the following certifications of completion:
Lead Safe Weatherization Course
OSHA 30 Course or equivalent
Retrofit Installer Technician Course
HVAC Fundamentals Course
ASHRAE 62.2 Course (Recommended)
Crew Leader Course
RRP Course
All Weatherization Technicians must have the following certifications of completion:
